You can boil or stem them for dinner, they have a lovely nutty taste. Price is per KG of tubers! They act as a great windbreak or shelter for more fragile plants. If you leave any in the ground over winter they’ll one back again for the following year! Please note that these tubers are untreated but are not certified organic . They come from a local farmers, An Gardai Glas in Connemara.
