Related to the sunflower🌻 you’ll get lovely blossoms as well as veg to cook for your dinner at the end of the season! Jerusalem Artichokes are grown from tubers instead of seed (similar to how potatoes are grown).

You can boil or stem them for dinner, they have a lovely nutty taste. Price is per KG of tubers! They act as a great windbreak or shelter for more fragile plants. If you leave any in the ground over winter they’ll one back again for the following year! Please note that these tubers are untreated but are not certified organic .
