A must have for any foodie! Select the right spot, and you can overwinter parsley, using the fresh herbs on meals from soups to stews to salads to meat dishes. Come spring the parsley will burst into delicate edible flowers with the same flavour.  Can tolerate temps as low as -6C.


Sow batches of seeds a few weeks apart so you have a continuous supply of parsley.

    Note: if sowing later in the season, they will grow better in a polytunnel or greenhouse. We've had them overwinter outdoors during a mild winter, so you may be able to push the boundaries if you live in a coastal location.
