We had a small business selling organic food to some of the best restaurants in the West but with the crisis this has disappeared overnight. We were thinking of making our certified organic plants available for sale online if there would be interest. They are all grown by hand from seed here in Ireland on a small eco-farm in harmony with nature.
Unsure of whether there would be any demand, we started sowing seeds, ordered packaging and put one post up on Facebook. Five hours later we had reactions from over 150 people, with over 50 people signing up for our newsletter so they could be the first to hear when our shop opens.
