Product Description
Rosemary is a classic culinary herb, valued for its strong, pine-like aroma and robust flavour. It is widely used in roasted dishes, meats, potatoes, breads, and Mediterranean cooking, where its distinctive fragrance enhances slow-cooked and oven-based recipes.
Our rosemary plants are grown entirely by us, from propagation through to dispatch, at our own eco-farm. We do not outsource production to third-party nurseries, allowing us to raise plants at a natural pace that supports strong root systems and long-term garden performance.
Grown using certified organic methods, these plants are supplied as established 9 cm pot plants, ready for planting into containers, raised beds, or garden borders. Once established, rosemary forms a woody, evergreen shrub that can provide harvests throughout the year.
Well suited to Irish growing conditions, rosemary performs best in sunny, sheltered positions with free-draining soil and is ideal for patio pots, herb gardens, and sheltered outdoor spaces.
