Borage is a bold and beautiful edible flower, known for its star-shaped blue flowers and light cucumber-like flavour. The flowers are often used in salads, summer drinks, desserts, and garnishes, adding colour and freshness to dishes.
Grown by hand from seed at our eco-farm, these plants are certified organic and raised using sustainable practices to ensure strong growth. Offered as jumbo plug plants or 9 cm pot plants, Borage is easy to establish and quick to flower.
Exceptionally well suited to Irish gardens, Borage thrives outdoors and is one of the best plants for attracting bees and beneficial insects.

If you pre order individual plants that have different ready dates, we will lovingly hold your full order and send everything together once the last item is ready. This also means that any seeds in your order will be held and shipped at the same time.
