Sage – Culinary Herb – Certified Organic

Plant size:

  • 3 × 9 cm Pot Plants (ships from late May)

Edible • Grown by us • Suitable for Irish gardens

A hardy, aromatic culinary herb, grown for flavour, resilience, and year-round harvesting.

Product Description

Sage is a traditional culinary herb, valued for its strong, earthy flavour and soft, aromatic leaves. It is widely used in roasted dishes, stuffing, meat recipes, and seasonal cooking, where its distinctive taste makes it a kitchen staple.

Our sage plants are grown entirely by us, from propagation through to dispatch, at our own eco-farm. We do not outsource production to third-party nurseries, allowing us to grow plants at a natural pace that supports strong root development and long-term garden performance.

Grown using certified organic methods, these plants are raised sustainably to ensure healthy, resilient growth. Supplied as established 9 cm pot plants, sage is ready for planting into containers, raised beds, or garden borders once conditions are suitable.

Well suited to Irish growing conditions, sage performs reliably in sunny, sheltered outdoor spaces and, as a perennial herb, can return year after year when properly established.
