Irish Growing Tips for Wonder of Kelvedon Peas

In Ireland, early sowing into cool soil works well, but avoid waterlogged ground.

Use netting or twiggy supports to keep plants upright and make harvesting easier.

Pinch out the growing tips once plants reach about 20 centimetres to encourage bushier growth.

Pick pods while young and full for the sweetest flavour.
