Edible • Grown by us • Suitable for Irish gardens
A distinctive culinary herb, grown for its aromatic leaves and refined, anise-like flavour.
Product Description
Tarragon is a classic culinary herb, valued for its delicate, aniseed flavour and smooth, aromatic leaves. It is widely used in French and Mediterranean cooking, particularly in sauces, poultry dishes, egg recipes, and herb infusions.
Our tarragon plants are grown entirely by us, from propagation through to dispatch, at our own eco-farm. We do not outsource production to third-party nurseries, allowing us to raise plants at a natural pace that supports strong root development and reliable long-term growth.
Grown using certified organic methods, these plants are supplied as established 9 cm pot plants, ready for planting into containers, raised beds, or herb gardens. Once established, tarragon forms a productive perennial herb that can be harvested regularly throughout the growing season.
Well suited to Irish growing conditions, tarragon performs best in sunny, sheltered positions with free-draining soil and is ideal for patio pots, herb beds, and protected outdoor spaces.
